All models come with a 1.2L turbocharged engine that makes 137 horsepower and 162 lb-ft of torque. It pairs with a smooth-shifting 6-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drive. Inside, the Trax has a roomy cabin with tons of space for the crew to stretch out on long trips. You get 41.9 inches of legroom up front and 38.7 inches in the back. Shoulder room and hip room are ample as well. The trunk offers 25.6 cubic feet of storage space, which is expendable to 54.1 cubic feet with the rear seatbacks folded.

The Trax comes standard with cloth seats, which can be optioned with Evotex-trimmed seats in the RS and ACTIV trims. Heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and an 8-way power driver’s seat are all available.

Chevy’s intuitive infotainment system keeps the family entertained and connected on the go. It can be accessed through an 8-inch or 11-inch color touchscreen display.
