I phoned up to ask to test drive a new Colorado and Dylan answered the phone. He was cordial and very willing to set up the appointment. When we arrived, Dylan greeted us and had everything ready for the test drive. After the drive he explained all of the features of the 2026 Colorado and answered all of my questions. My wife and I were considering other vehicles and stepped away to do other test drives. Dylan was more than accommodating and when we returned he allowed us to drive two vehicles. He never pressured us, nor made us feel like we were bothering him. When we decided to purchase the Colorado, Dylan handled all of the paperwork and explained all of the discounts and deals. After the credit was run through we signed all of the required paperwork with the Sales Manager. Dylan had the vehicle cleaned up and escorted us to it. Overall Team Chevy did a great job and Dylan, especially, was fantastic. Thanks for the great experience and I look forward to driving my 2026 Colorado for many years to come.

Had to take truck back 3 times f I r the same issue. The third time I was there I told them to just order the parts and fix it. I also asked for a courtesy vehicle wash and did not receive one.
